Honeymoon photo shoot with the Venice photographer Pietro. Romantic and fun pictures about an amazing tour.
Marco and Vivian were looking for someone to capture their honeymoon in Venice. And after searching around, they decided to go with me as their photographer. I felt really honored, because a honeymoon is such a special moment in a couple’s life. Venice is one of the most romantic places in the world to celebrate it. From the moment we met, I could tell they were excited and full of energy, ready to enjoy the experience and create lasting memories together.
We started our photo session by wandering through some of the city’s most iconic spots, like the quiet little bridges, the charming alleys, and of course the breathtaking canals. Venice has such a magical atmosphere, and it gave us the perfect backdrop for their pictures. The best part was capturing their natural interactions—smiles, laughter, and those sweet, romantic looks that came so effortlessly between them. I always try to keep my sessions relaxed and fun, so instead of stiff poses, I encouraged them to simply enjoy the walk, talk to each other, and soak up the moment. That way, the photos turned out authentic and full of life.
And, we also visited a few hidden corners of Venice that aren’t as crowded, so Marco and Vivian could really feel like the city was theirs for a little while. It was a mix of quiet, intimate moments and joyful bursts of laughter, which gave us a variety of photos that truly reflect their relationship.
By the end of the shoot, they had a whole collection of beautiful images that will always remind them of this once-in-a-lifetime trip. They told me how much they enjoyed the session, not just because of the photos, but because it became one of their favorite memories from the honeymoon itself.
