His English is wonderful, and his email communication before our tour and shoot was quick, easy, and friendly. Scheduling the tour was a breeze, and Pietro was great about checking the weather in advance and figuring out the best time for us to meet. Pietro met me at my hotel on the morning of our tour and then proceeded to take me to some of his favorite places in Venice.
